Ingredients (Approx 1 Litre):

  • 2 tablespoon sugar,

  • 75 g skim milk powder,

  • 315 ml whole milk, 

  • 180 ml maple syrup,

  • 480 ml cream.

  • 3 g ice cream mix.

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon,

  • Shop bought ready made waffles. 

Recipe:

  • Add a little sugar to the ice cream stabiliser mix, 

  • Combine sugar, skim milk powder, and milk.

  • Whisk until smooth.

  • Stir in maple syrup and cream.

  • Cook to 65c and add ice cream stabiliser mix.

  • Cook to 75c 

  • Poor through a strainer and cool.

  • Add cinnamon once cool. 

  • Chop waffles into chunks and add after churning.
