Ingredients:

170g Cornflakes

40g Skimmed Milk Powder
40g Sugar
4g Salt

130g melted butter.

Recipe:

Heat oven to 140c

Place Cornflakes in a bowl and crush them to about a quarter of their original size.


Add milk powder, sugar, and salt and toss to mix.


Add butter and toss to coat.


Spread on a lined baking tray and bake for 20 mins or until golden brown.

Airtight container at room temp for a week, 1 month in the fridge/freezer
