Dark choc chip (8-12 x large cookies) Ingredients:

230 grams of butter
1 cup brown sugar (200g)
1/2 cup sugar (100g)

1 cup cake flour (114g)
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (187g)

1 teaspoon cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon bi-carb
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/3 semi-sweet choc

Recipe:

Preheat oven to 210 C

Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. (about 4 mins)
Add eggs slowly until mixed well.

Add cocoa, cake flour, and all-purpose flour until just combined. Stir in choc chips.

Chill dough

Separate into balls on a baking sheet and lightly press the top.

Bake for 9-11 mins or until golden brown on top.

Let rest to set.
